Consent to the collection and processing of personal data

By signing in to the quran.kz website with a code from an email or paying for a subscription, you give Sole proprietor KITAPAL ALMATY (hereinafter, the Operator) consent to the collection and processing of your personal data on the terms below, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Personal Data and Their Protection.
What data
- email address — only to send the sign-in code, without storage; account identifier;
- purchase data: order number, amount, date, status, masked card number;
- IP address and technical data of the device and browser.
Purposes of processing
Signing in to the Quran.kz account, issuing and renewing the subscription, providing access on the website and in the app, user support, fraud prevention and compliance with legislation.
Actions with data
Collection, recording, storage, clarification, use, transfer to the persons named in the Privacy Policy (including cross-border transfer), anonymization, blocking and destruction.
Term and withdrawal
The consent is valid until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. You can withdraw consent by email to qurankzapp@gmail.com. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing, except for data that the law requires to be kept, for example payment records.
